Musiqana respects your privacy. This policy explains what information the Musiqana application and related services collect, why it is used, how it is protected, and what choices you have.

2. Information We Collect

Account information: name, email address, telephone number and internal user ID when you create or manage an account.
User content: photos, videos, audio recordings and other files that you voluntarily upload to Musiqana Cloud.
Verification information: verification status and security information required to protect and authenticate your account.

3. How We Use Information

To create, authenticate and secure user accounts.
To provide Musiqana Cloud storage, synchronization, upload and download functions.
To provide requested application features and customer support.
To prevent fraud, misuse and unauthorized access.
To comply with applicable legal obligations.

4. Browser, Music and Device Files

Media stored only on your device remains on that device unless you choose to upload or share it. Musiqana does not collect your browser history or search history for advertising. Access to the microphone, photos, media library or files is used only when you activate a feature requiring that permission.

5. Advertising and Tracking

Musiqana does not sell personal data and does not use the declared account or cloud information for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.

6. Sharing and Service Providers

Information may be processed by hosting, email or telephone verification providers only where necessary to operate and secure the service. These providers are required to protect information appropriately and may use it only to provide their contracted service. Information may also be disclosed when required by law.

7. Storage and Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted network connections and access controls. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

8. Retention and Deletion

Account information is retained while the account is active and as required for legitimate security or legal purposes. Cloud files remain stored until the user deletes them or requests account deletion. Backup copies may remain temporarily until normal backup rotation is completed.

9. Your Rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection to processing. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent and contact the competent data-protection authority.

10. Children

Musiqana is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children without the authorization required by applicable law. A parent or guardian may contact us to request deletion.

11. International Processing

Where information is processed outside your country, appropriate safeguards required by applicable law will be used.

12. Changes

This policy may be updated when Musiqana features or legal requirements change. The updated date will appear at the top of this page.
